Cancellation policy

Every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please do so at least 12 hours in advance.

• Cancellations within 12 hours of the agreed appointment are charged at 50 % of the ritual price.
• Not showing up without prior notice is charged in full (100 % of the ritual price).
