Your privacy matters to me. This page explains what data I collect when you contact me or use this website, why I collect it, and how I handle it.

Who is responsible for your data

What data I collect

The website itself requires no registration and does not collect your data automatically. I only receive data when you contact me yourself, via WhatsApp, Instagram, email or phone. I can then see:

• your name and contact details (phone number, email or Instagram profile),
• the content of the message you send me (e.g. how you feel and what troubles you, so I can adapt the ritual).

Why, and on what basis

I use your data solely to reply to you, arrange your appointment and prepare your ritual. The basis for this is your enquiry (taking steps at your request) and my legitimate interest in communicating with clients. I do not use your data for marketing and never share it with third parties.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no tracking cookies or analytics tools. The one exception is the map on the contact page (Google Maps), which may set Google cookies when it loads, I have no control over these, and you can read more in Google's privacy policy.

Third-party apps

If you contact me via WhatsApp or Instagram, the communication happens through those apps and their privacy policies apply (WhatsApp, Instagram).

How long I keep your data

I keep messages and contacts for as long as our communication lasts, i.e. while there is a need to arrange appointments. You can ask me to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• request access to the data I hold about you,
• request correction or deletion of your data,
• object to processing,
• lodge a complaint with the Croatian Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
