The easiest way is to tap the "Book a session" button anywhere on the site, and WhatsApp opens with a pre-written message. You can also message me on Instagram or send an email. I reply within 24 hours and we arrange your session.

Don't worry if you're not sure what to choose. Through an introductory conversation, we'll recognize your body's needs together and choose the treatment that makes the most sense at that moment.

Almost nothing special. The only small preparation is a warm shower before you arrive, your skin receives the oil and touch most beautifully then, and your body relaxes faster. Everything else we agree on in person, at your pace. And if you arrive a few minutes early, you'll have time to land from your day before we begin.

No. The pressure is firm when your body asks for it, but never harsh, I work at a tempo your nervous system can follow. If your body isn't ready to open an area, we don't go there. You always have the final word.

Message me as soon as you can, at least 12 hours before your session, and we'll happily arrange a new one. Cancellations within 12 hours are charged 50 % of the ritual price, and a no-show without notice is charged in full. More in the cancellation policy.

Between 65 and 120 minutes, depending on the ritual. The exact duration is listed with each ritual on the Rituals page. Leave yourself a little space afterwards, it's best not to rush straight on.
